Started in 2017 - upon passion and vision of an
avid Ice Cream Maker, dedicated Barista, and a lively Coffee Roaster.

From Three Folks for many folks - one neighbourhood at a time. We aim to provide a comfort space and some joy thru’ our proud creation: Ice Cream, Coffee, Food, and beyond.

Dave Setiaputra
Co-founder, CEO, & Copywriter
“Building A Home that Inspires” is his dream, which also has been our guidelines to run Three Folks from day one.
His love for coffee industry bloomed in 2016, when working as a Barista in Bali.
“Good coffee and good people, these two aspects are always connected. And I believe one cannot exist without the other.”
Thru his leadership, management skills, coffee knowledge, copywriting (and insulting skills), paired with strong moral value, Dave is committed to build a better coffee industry for all people involved.
Kuncoro Wibowo
Co-founder, Designer, Ice Cream Maker
Started as a Self-taught back in 2017, Kuncoro is now our Self-proclaimed Artisan Ice Cream Maker.
Together with his selected crew of misfits, they continuously learn from lots of cook books, Netflix and any kind of free resources possible: Youtube, Instagram, asking around, (force) friends to try experimental Ice Creams, etc. Currently, they are pretty good and keeps on getting better as you read this.
Oh, he also took the Gelato Start-Up Course at Bali Culinary Pastry School by Carpigiani.
Naradipa Poniman
Co-founder, Business Development & Coffee Sourcer
Naradipa started his coffee career as coffee roaster. But his real passion and talent are sourcing great coffee, connecting with people, and making sweet deals for clients.
“Find the right coffee for the right people”, “Help every client get profit and we get sustainable business”, “Listen to market needs”, are some of his mantras and principles.
Both professional and adventurous. He’s definitely your reliable coffee business partner.
