Black Citrus
Papua Vanilla & Binchōtan Charcoal, speckled w/ vibrant, house-made citrus marmalade.

Priced for its quality, Bincho-tan charcoal from Japan has made its name through many many years of history in the culinary world.
We are pleased to use this very charcoal in our signature Black Citrus, paired with Bali Vanilla Beans and house-made orange marmalade; a favourite since our home - Aries' Grand Opening.
Rocky Choco Island
Bold, bittersweet dark chocolate blend from Aceh & Java, topped w/ choco chunks and chopped peanuts.

Rich, buttery, and nutty; made using Pipiltin Chocolate from Aceh, chopped peanuts, and Santo Domingo chocolate chunks.

Salted Honey Granola
Artisan sea salt from Kusamba, organic forest honey, cinnamon raisin granola.

We are into salted caramel, yet craved for something different.
That's what sparked up the idea to make our Salted Honey Granola. We love how the mild sweetness from organic forest honey, intertwine with the artisan sea salt and mixed granola from Bali. Enveloping our palate with playful notes, and gently melts down.
We're glad to see that you love this flavour as much as we do, perhaps even more. ;)
Earl Grey Cranberry

Whiskey Choco Berries was initially made to celebrate Christmas Season, back in 2017. But people keep asking for it even though the holiday season is over - until now.

Inspired by one of our best selling flavour Whisky Choco Berry - I once again set my sight on this remarkable local winery from Bali, and came up w/ this flavour.
Using blend of chocolate from Java & Aceh, poured with generous dose of Sababay Reserve Red Wine, topped w/ chewy cranberry chunks and cacao nibs from Bali as well.
Get tipsy, be happy.
Espresso Partini
Coffee Ice Cream gone wild with hefty splash of Saba Grappa and choco cranberry rocher from our friend Qiao Ke Li.

Back in our 3rd Anniv, I made Grappa Coffee Sorbet using Saba Grappa. Good as it might be, it haven't reached the oomph I was aiming for - as Sorbet making ain't my forte.
This year I raise the bottle once more, paired with our new coffee blend, and came along our friend Qiǎo Kè Lì w/ her chocolate cranberry rocher to sweeten things up.
Now it's time to party!
Drunken Orange
Dark Chocolate Ice Cream layered with our famous house made orange marmalade, and more than enough Saba Vodka.

Guess we're all familiar w/ the Black Citrus and how it came to be.
Yet this combo - Dark Chocolate & Orange Marmalade, is the true mother that gave birth to the idea of using house made orange marmalade in our ice cream. A flavor I used to make before Three Folks, and a personal fav as well.
A playful homage to the original flavor, I pour more than enough Saba Vodka to spike things up. And the orange here are officially drunken.
Sukaria

Manual Jakarta and Three Folks collaborate to whip up a special flavour of ice cream, Sukaria. Befitting the name, Sukaria is all about the jolly days ahead as we gear up for Jakarta’s 493rd anniversary.
Embracing the signature taste of Es Campur, this homemade ice cream concocts a sweet cream base, topped with customary toppings usually found in the legendary iced dessert, like kolang kaling, tapai, grass jelly and sago pearls. Expect a burst of flavours in one scoop!
